An elegant garden torch designed by Pernille Vea. The torch is made of frosted glass and brushed metal - two coolish materials, which combine to generate an exciting contrast to the dancing flame at the top of the torch.

Stand alone - or suspend

The Menu Torch is pointed at the base so it can be inserted straight into the grass, sand or snow. The accompanying rubber suspension unit also makes it easy to hang torches around the terrace, in the garden or on the balcony - attached to walls, fences and trees.

For use all year

All of the torch's components are resistant to severe heat and cold, making them ideal for summer and winter use, e.g. to mark the entrance to festive occasions, as torches at garden parties, as a warm welcome to the home during the dark winter months - or as blazing snow lamps, when torchlight turns on the atmosphere.

Outdoor - anywhere

The Menu Torch is designed for all sorts of outdoor use - not just in private gardens but also outside restaurants, cafes and theatres. Welcoming guests with a row of flaming torches - and sitting outdoors eating surrounded by torches - are old traditions in Denmark. The idea behind the Menu Torch is to extend this tradition into the future by combining classic materials and modern, Scandinavian design.

Materials: Cold and heat resistant frosted glass. Top of brushed metal, tested by the Danish Technological Institute. Synthetic rubber suspension unit which is heat, cold and oil resistant. Height 32cm
